Moultaka is built around the data of event attendees, organizers and exhibitors. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have.
This policy covers anyone interacting with Moultaka: event organizers and their staff, contacts and seasonal users they invite, exhibitors, attendees and end-users of public event pages or kiosks. Organizers act as the data controller for their tenant data; Moultaka acts as the data processor on their behalf.
Account data: name, email, role, language preference, sign-in metadata. Event data: registrations, badges, scans, leads, meetings, conference attendance, exhibitor catalogs. Technical data: IP, user agent, request timing — used for security, abuse prevention and performance tuning. No advertising trackers are used.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@moultaka.com. Organizers can fulfill these requests directly from the admin console for users they manage. Where applicable (GDPR, regional MENA frameworks), we honor the right to object, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, audited and gated behind least-privilege roles. Backups are encrypted and rotated. Event data is retained for the lifetime of the tenant plus an export window after termination. Logs are retained for a maximum of ninety (90) days unless legally required for longer.
Privacy questions: privacy@moultaka.com. For data subject requests, please specify the organizer and event you are reaching out about so we can route the request correctly.
