These terms govern your access to and use of Moultaka, an operations platform for event organizers in the MENA region. By signing in or using the product, you agree to these terms.
Moultaka provides registration, badging, check-in, exhibitor, lead capture, conferencing and analytics tooling under a single tenant per organizer account. The service is delivered as a hosted SaaS and may evolve as new modules are released. Fair use applies: the service is intended for legitimate event operations. Automated scraping, load testing without notice and reverse-engineering of internal APIs are not permitted.
You retain ownership of all data you upload, including attendee records, exhibitor information and event content. Moultaka processes this data solely to operate the service on your behalf, in line with the Privacy Policy. On termination, an export of your tenant data is available for thirty (30) days, after which it is securely deleted from primary and backup storage.
Organizer admins are responsible for granting and revoking access to their teams, contacts, staff and seasonal users. Each individual must use their own credentials and is responsible for keeping them secure. Moultaka may suspend access to investigate security incidents, abusive behavior or unpaid invoices, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is required.
We target high availability with a regional infrastructure footprint, but no service is uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. We may update these terms to reflect new modules, regulation changes or pricing. Material changes are communicated at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
